Alex Shteriev, M.B.A. CBI Alex joined Beacon after spending time as a business intermediary, and a number of years in managerial direct investment and advisory roles with SEE Capital Management, and Robert Charles Lesser & Co. Alex has an MBA from Emory University, and an undergraduate degree from the American University of Paris. Alex brings to the team sound understanding of the deal negotiation, and structuring process, and is also responsible for Beacon's hiring and mandatory training process for new associates. Alex is fluent in English, French and Russian, he is a member of the IBBA, and is an avid basketball and soccer player. |

M. Will Fischtein, J.D. M.B.A. CBI Will brings over a decade of deal facilitation and transactional experience as a business intermediary and serial entrepreneur. Will has vast experience in real estate development, property management and negotiations, as well as formal understanding of its legal aspects, accumulated in his experience as a practicing commercial litigation attorney. Will currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Business Brokers Association - Canada Chapter. |

Sven Brennecke, M.B.A. CBV Sven brings over 20 years of professional experience to the team at Beacon. His forte is in Business Valuation, Business Planning and Corporate Strategy having executed numerous engagements for clients. He holds a BComm from the University of Windsor as well as an MBA with a Finance Specialization from the University of Calgary. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, holding the CBV designation. Combining his academic credentials and professional experience, Sven has the background to advise clients in respect to value drivers and their associated risk assessment. The fact that he has been on the buy and sell side of transactions, Sven can provide an unbiased assessment of a business that is fair to both the buyer and seller, which takes into account the sellers' requirement on exit. |

Fleur Careil, MSc. M.B.A. Fleur is a recent graduate from the Schulich School of Business at York University, where she specialized in Business and Sustainability. She also holds a Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Netherlands. Prior to coming to Canada, Fleur spent nine years working for energy company BP in Scotland, the Netherlands and Colombia, planning and executing oil enhancement projects. At Beacon, she carries out the financial analysis and report preparation that support the business valuation and deal negotiation.
